Though I have been consistently disappointed with the offerings of the designer lines offered at Target, Tracy Feith looks a little promising - and yes that is Allie from The City!I like the looks of the orange knit top. Those ruffly black shorts are adorable, albeit impractical. I think my favorite is the black dress! I am trying not to get my hopes up...
