Love that you posted this! Sendak- the original illustrator of Where The Wild Things Are- has an exhibit at the Contemporary Jewish Museum here in SF. Thanks for the ode to childhood.
Spike Jonze is a brilliant filmmaker. After "Being John Malkovich" and "Adaptation" I thought it'd be difficult for him to find a film as creative and inventive to work on. I was wrong.
