Fruit pops buoyed by Prosecco and a Veuve Clicquot champagne food truck*? Both solid entertaining ideas that I can get behind.
* The story with the Veuve Clicquot truck is really quite cool + worth a read. They served high-end, but easily consumed cuisine followed by a mini fashion show complete with accordion player! I love a brand that engages their customer in thoughtful, fun ways, don't you?

The food truck craze is in full swing here too but nothing this fancy!! I would absolutely love love love for a Veuve Clicquot truck with bubbly, snacks and fashion show to come to Miami!! Lucky girl:)
